Argentina rarely shows up in Kagi News because the category did not contain URLs to working RSS feeds. I submitted a PR #417 with actually working RSS feeds, which should hopefully fix the issue. |

Since #247 was merged, Argentina didn't appear in the categories lists. I think it was because it was missing from these locales/*.json.
Also, added Cenital as a media source.
