previously -v produced the same as --help would
Lua targets for 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 with per-variant prepare and removed luarocks dependencies, that are not tests-specific Lua 5.1 runtime dependency BitOp for tests added, until we replace it with pure-lua solution incorrect luarocks version, and default lua target 5.1
