see the change in lazer: https://github.com/ppy/osu/pull/31655/files Also, implement the selection scale interface because change start/end ruby position might throw the exception. Exception reason is OriginalSurroundingQuad in the SelectionScaleHandler be null at default.
This component will be used in the several editor with horizontal scrollable component, like lyric in the singer or page editor.
All object in the main editor is not able to adjust the position.
