Version 2.0 (Fixes ID0 bug on 2740 and 2840)

Changes:

• This release fixes a critical bug that redirected all LBA read/write/verify/seek calls to SCSI ID0, no matter what drive was selected. The missing call might also affect the SCSI disconnect feature, as many SCSI controllers configure the host adapter ID and the target ID in the same control register, and writing "0" there also prevents the proper SCSI-2 target selection procedure required for disconnection. The corrected firmware is marked as "EDD 1.1" instead of "EDD 1.0".
