Very trivial fixes. I just changed README file.
I tried to use this awesome middleman extension, middleman-deploy but I got confused because
'deploy_method' method doesn't exists.
After I googled, I found 'method' method is available but 'deploy_method' isn't.
I hope some other people doesn't get confused like me.
