Supported PV Types

Display Builder Combo widget requires a string or enum PV. It writes the value as a string.

Test display tries to write text "Choice 1" to numerical local PV, which fails for vtype.pv in both BOY and Display Builder.

Test display attaches combo box sim://ramp. Simulated PV is always read-only for vtype.pv, so combo box remains disabled.
