Summary
The initial commit in this repo already defined ProwJobs that only later were actually implemented (in #2). I do not want to backport the tests into the 0.1 release branch, because at some point we have to stop backporting :-D
However to allow possible future 0.1 backports to succeed without issues, let's just remove the dummy jobs from this branch.
