Summary
This adds a bunch of content to the getting started guide, so we now provide the bare minimum in instructions to actually use the operator. I plan to add an optional section on additional shards, but for now I would like to get this in so we have documentation available on the docs website.
Also moved some files around so they are used as examples in the CRD docs and imported the updated docs python script from kcp-dev/kcp.
