If VERISTAT_DUMP_LOG_ON_FAILURE is set, dump the verifier log for all programs that failed to load, not only for baseline mismatches. Add a clear message about the job failing or passing. Signed-off-by: Ihor Solodrai <ihor.solodrai@linux.dev>
