pip installable Python3 version

Since Spring of 2020 the main branch has supported Python 3 and not Python 2. With this current release we now intend Python 3 to become the default pip install version on PyPI. This behavior has not been extensively tested, and we anticipate that users may encounter issues in the switch from Python 2 to Python 3. Please file an Issue and/or Pull Request to make this code robust on Python 3. We will no longer support the Python 2 version, though the Python 2 versions are still accessible on PyPI. Thank you to @shihyuntang for contributing recent changes incorporated into this release.

First Official Release

This is the official release version of TelFit. It is the version that was available on my website starting June 24, 2014 (when the paper describing the TelFit code was released)
