Followind discussion from #15 and here #10 (comment) adding useStorageDb hook implementation here.

Created to support db like CRUD behaviour:

maybe we should provide some low level apstraction over it ? something like this but without get methods ?

Further discussion is needed to add this hook to the main branch.
