NO_ISSUE: Update GitHub Actions PR checks to use kiegroup repository

Syncing the pr_checks.yml with other repositories in midstream.

@mareknovotny So to summarize:

Java example still do fail, but the error is different - it does not complaing about the BOMs but specific module not being found - expected, as we remove them in upstream repositories builds.
The checks are passing on others as they do not depend on modules removed from upstream repositories builds.

We should next merged this, in order to streamline the checks and only run expected things - #88
