Not sure if this will work as expected but I am adding the module removal to all places, except for
drools&examples. Imho for examples we want to have all working even if we do not explicitly support the use case in product.It seems that for repos like kogito-apps not removing the modules it causes issues as in upstream ( runtimes, drools ) we do it and these modules are then missing when building Apps.
Also brings back the examples parent installation.
Also fixes the script using drool_maven.log for all repos, now it is fixed to use log files named after the repo it uses.
