🚨 Critical Update: Upgrade to Shifty 3.0.4 to Fix High CPU Usage!

This PR upgrades the shifty dependency to version 3.0.4 to address the high CPU usage issue caused by excessive requestAnimationFrame calls in previous versions.

Changes:

• Updated Shifty to the latest version (3.0.4)
• Tested for CPU usage improvements

Why:
