 - Course and learning outcome notes utilize simple CRUD functionality:
	- Created: A note can be added to a course/learning outcome by pressing "Submit"
	- Read: A submitted note will be seen on the course view page.
	- Update: A note can be updated by changing/removing an existing note and then pressing "Submit" again.
	- Delete: A note can be deleted by being manually removed and then pressing "Submit" again
