Motivation

  1. The minimap right now needs to be hidden if the canvas is resized (happens on resize of window but also of panels), this would be fixed
  2. The shadow and background color would match exactly the other floating toolbars (as its then HTML)
  3. In 'canvas' (non webgl) mode the border/shadow does not match HTML at all (its not really visible)

  1. Performance? This needs to be tested.
