All of the CI checks are failing; I can tell it has something to do with changes in the mise configuration, but not sure what. Please run it down and fix it. Before this, the python 3.13 run was consistently failing for a different reason -- the message was to the effect that the version of python couldn't be found (which is odd, because I'm using that version right now and it has been out a month and a half or so).

If you work through those quickly, please work on the docker workflow which is also failing.
