The aim of this functionality is to shortcut the update of the collection (especially for those with largish collections) by making it so we only look for the cards that we have an incomplete of (i.e. we still require 1 or 2 cards). It will also update and won't blow away any sets. It will just update the counts of any that it searches for and finds a new count for.
