reset the old tekton configuration and let konflux aut-generate them.

Re-apply the .tekton/segment-bridge-pull-request.yaml and
.tekton/segment-bridge-push.yaml configurations that were originally
generated by the red-hat-konflux bot (PR #19) and later removed in
PR #32. Rebased on top of current main.
