Finalize 0.1.10 release, pin faer, add aarch64 cross-compile opt-level workaround, enable publishing for kornia-{apriltag,lie,pnp}, and update release script accordingly.

  • Bump workspace and kornia-py versions to 0.1.10; update internal crate versions.
  • Pin faer to =0.20.1.
• Build/Cross-compilation
  • Set aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu rustflags to -Copt-level=2 with +fp16,+fhm to work around LLVM crash (.cargo/config.toml).
• Crate Metadata/Publishing
  • Normalize package fields to { workspace = true } format.
  • Enable publish = true for kornia-apriltag, kornia-lie, and kornia-pnp.
• Release Script
  • Add publishing steps for kornia-apriltag, kornia-lie, and kornia-pnp; keep kornia publish commented with TODO.
