Migrate KMP modules to use Android Gradle Plugin for Kotlin Multiplatform

AGP 8.10.0 introduced com.android.kotlin.multiplatform.library as the recommended plugin for KMP projects targeting Android. This PR migrates multiplatform modules to use this plugin while preserving com.android.library for Android-only modules.

Changes

• Version catalog: Added android-kotlin-multiplatform-library plugin definition
• KodeinMppWithAndroidPlugin: Changed from com.android.library → com.android.kotlin.multiplatform.library
• KodeinAndroidPlugin: No changes (continues using com.android.library for Android-only targets)

Impact

// KMP module with Android target - now uses dedicated KMP plugin
