- Creates implicit materials named "Color #RRGGBB" on import - Attaches the material to any face whose vertexes all agree on the color - Enabled unit tests to survive different line termination styles (required for macOS) - Updated mkdir to mkdirSync in unit tests to comply with modern Node API
