Add missing mega search translations for settings and configurations

Description

This pull request adds missing translation entries for the Mega Search “Explore all” links for Settings and Configurations.

Previously, these links displayed raw translation keys instead of readable text due to missing language entries. This change ensures consistent and user-friendly labels in the Mega Search dropdown, matching the behavior of other modules.

How To Test This?

1. Go to the admin panel
2. Click on the Mega Search input in the header
3. Switch to Settings and Configurations sections
4. Verify that the “Explore all” links display readable text instead of translation keys

Thanks for the update.
Currently, the readable labels in the Mega Search dropdown have been added only for English. For other languages, the issue still persists due to missing translation entries.

note - All test cases must be passed.

I have added the missing header tab translations and aligned them across mobile and desktop views.
