fix: add missing translations for marketing events delete error

Description

This PR adds the missing translation entries for the error message shown when deleting a Marketing Event that has associated campaigns.
Previously, the UI displayed the raw translation key instead of a user-friendly message. With this change, the error message is properly translated across all supported languages.

How To Test This?

1. Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Marketing → Events
2. Attempt to delete an event that is associated with one or more campaigns
3. Verify that a readable, translated error message is shown instead of a raw translation key
