What this PR does / why we need it
Updates documentation images to replace AI-generated visuals with clear, realistic, and technically accurate diagrams. This improves clarity, credibility, and alignment with real system architecture and workflows.

Fixes #302
Additional context
The previous images did not accurately represent real architectures and could be misleading. The updated visuals follow standard technical diagram conventions and are suitable for a production-grade open-source project.
