test: use env var for CSI inline volume test secret

What this PR does / why we need it:

• As we introduce use env var for smb server configuration in test: use env var for smb server configuration #773, we'd better also use the env var for CSI inline volume test secret, otherwise when users already use the env var for custom setting the case will be failed.
