This won't work. https://github.com/kubernetes-csi/external-snapshotter/deploy/kubernetes/snapshot-controller does not exist.

@xing-yang, This path contains a kustomization.yaml
file, so kubectl kustomize can fetch and build it remotely, similar to the CRD
and CSI driver
examples.
