📖 Update incorrect method name on doc.go

This PR addresses a discrepancy in method naming when constructing a fake client.

The documentation at https://pkg.go.dev/sigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime/pkg/client/fake#pkg-overview currently references a WithObj method. However, it appears this may be a typo, and the correct method name should be WithObjects since there is no WithObj method

This PR fixes this.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
