Update to Go 1.25 and latest Go dependencies

Similar to #854

• Bump the Go version to 1.25 as Go 1.22 is EOL.
• Update various k8s.io dependencies in main krew modue and krew/site/functions module

Fixes a few CVEs currently present in krew
