- Introduce the Validation Lifecycle mechanism using +k8s:alpha/beta tags. - Repurpose DeclarativeValidationTakeover as a global safety switch for Beta rules. - Overhaul rollout strategy and examples to align with the current v1.36 release. - Clean up outdated implementation details and tag stability descriptions.
