[ko] Sync ko container runtimes doc with English source

Description

container runtime 문서는 설정 실수 시 클러스터 동작에 직접 영향을 줄 수 있는 중요한 문서인데, 한국어 번역본이 영어 원문 대비 일부 코드 블록, 경고, 최신 설명이 누락되어 있어 이를 기준 문서에 맞춰 업데이트했습니다.
기존 번역투는 최대한 유지하면서, 실제로 필요한 내용만 최소 범위로 반영했습니다.
다만 feature gate -> 기능 게이트, fallback behavior -> 폴백 동작 같은 단어는 기존 번역 용례를 기준으로 반영했지만, 기존 데이터가 없는 drop-in configuration -> 드롭-인 구성 과 같이 번역해봤습니다.
