New game start on Start New Game button click

In Tetris game,

Reproduction step:

Open the "index.html" page of the Tetris game.
On the web page, click on "Start New Game" buttton.
Expected: New game should start
Actual: New game didn't start

Modification details
Changed the "scripts.js" file to add listener for button click on "Start New Button"
