Add a few points about managing

Hi,

Intro: I came to your repositories to have a look at how you implement footnotes in your blog. There's no license, so I decided that I better check the code from @jlengstorf as it looks very similar and there's an MIT one there.

I saw this repo and it's something I thought of for quite some time. These are some of my ideas. I've read the rules and I'm totally ok with rejecting PRs. Just curious if there might be discussions about proposed topics. Maybe it's just bad wording. Or maybe the contributor is completely wrong about their beliefs and this discussion could make them better leaders. Anyway, it would be nice for contributors to know the reasons and opinions.
