Description
Update rt-bootsrapper E2E tests and Makefile for local Docker registry integration

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Modify e2e test scripts to use local Docker registry credentials and images.
  • Add a new Makefile target to set up the local Docker registry.
  • Update image references in configuration files to point to the local registry.
