Hi,
First of all, thank you for this project; it really helped us run experiments with Zephyr.
We implemented a live plot of the ECG and respiration data using Matplotlib and moved the files to an 'examples' folder.
We updated the
run.*files accordingly and created arequirements.txtto simplify the installation if you want to run a virtual environment instead of Conda.The
conda-environment.ymlfile has been updated accordingly to be compatible with the project.
