What?
I've bumped the version of unstructured-client to ^0.26.1 (see #3)
Why?
All versions prior to that version perform a dummy request to httpbin.org while parsing PDFs. This behavior causes issues in limited environments (firewalls, etc.; also described here) when selfhosting the unstructured-api.
