This PR adds the long requested whitelisting of fields.
Documentation changes explain usage.
Non-breaking (minor) release as does not effect existing tables until new prop is invoked.
New prop only supports specific naming as things seemed to get a bit messy when trying to add the regexp feature of the blacklisting prop.
