Bump dependency compatibility with laravel 10

• "orchestra/testbench": "^6.24.1 || ^7.22.1"
• "phpunit/phpunit": "^9.6.4",

to be compatible with laravel 10

@ksassnowski hi...thank you for this amazing package. I was wondering, will you be merging this soon or are we better off forking it and making the necessary changes ourselves. I am having difficulties upgrading my app to use inertial laravel. Thank you.
