This PR will add Tailwind v4 compatibility with all the components including the ShadCN components. The guide that was followed for this upgrade process lives here: https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/tailwind-v4#upgrade-your-project
Still need to do some thorough testing, but on first glance everything seems to be working correctly with the TW4 upgrade.
