This PR upgrades Tailwind CSS to version 4.1, which includes enhanced support for older browsers, including Safari versions below 16. The current version used in the Laravel 12 React Starter Kit does not render correctly on these older browsers, making the UI unusable. Tailwind v4.1 introduces improved fallback support as described in their official release notes, helping ensure broader compatibility without compromising on modern features.
