This PR removes Ziggy and replaces it with the current version of Wayfinder.
Routes and actions are not likely to change in the upcoming version of Wayfinder, so no breaking changes ahead as of now.
This PR is based on the work in #148, created a new PR as we have since moved to the new Inertia
