This PR is related to this React Starter Kit PR: laravel/react-starter-kit#97,
This actually was not an issue in the Vue starter kit because we didn't have the
prefetchattribute on the Settings link; however, to keep things consistent I've added the prefetch attribute as well as therouter.flushAll()when the user logs out.
