Fix to use the correct type Router instead of Config for global ziggy route()

Thanks for the PR. @D4ve-R. What is this resolving. Do you get a TS error that this Config is the incorrect type. Just want to know how I can replicate the issue.

Yes, it threw a type error when calling route().current('your-route').
