readme.mdrefers to many demos onjsfiddle.net. They are all dead, because they try to load js over insecure HTTP. This PR places the demos under/demofolder, and changed to refer to the local copy ofroofpig_and_three.min.jsat the root of the repo. So it is easier to view the behaviour against different versions of js under test.Fixes #18
