feat: Include AI SDK version in tracking information

Note

Adds aiSdkName and aiSdkVersion to tracking payloads and updates build/config to load package.json; tests and types updated accordingly.

• Tracking/Data:
  • getTrackData() now includes aiSdkName and aiSdkVersion (read from package.json) and sends them with all $ld:ai:* events.
• Types:
  • Update LDAIConfigTracker#getTrackData to include modelName, providerName, aiSdkName, aiSdkVersion.
• Tests:
  • Adjust LDAIConfigTrackerImpl tests to expect the new fields in tracking data.
• Build/Config:
  • tsconfig.json: set rootDir to . to enable importing package.json; update excludes.
  • tsconfig.ref.json: include package.json.
  • package.json: change main/types to dist/src/index.*.
