This PR provides two updates to the Thunderforest layers:

  • It removes the abc subdomains. This is no longer required, since we've supported HTTP/2 on our servers for a long time and all browsers support HTTP/2 nowadays.
  • It adds our Atlas layer. This is one of our most popular layers, and was first released in 2020.
