feat(i18n): add new language documentation for MultiPost
- Introduced new documentation files for MultiPost in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Malay, and Russian. - Enhanced existing multilingual support to improve accessibility for content creators. - Updated layout components to accommodate the new language files.
