• isRetryable 속성으로 재시도 가능 여부 판단 (5xx, 408, 429 에러)

Test Plan

• 비행기 모드에서 앱 실행 시 네트워크 에러 처리 확인
• 비행기 모드 해제 시 대기 중인 요청 자동 재시도 확인
• 서버 5xx 에러 발생 시 지수 백오프로 재시도 확인
• 최대 재시도 횟수 초과 시 retryExhausted 에러 반환 확인
