Should help avoid issues like #752 .
I've chosen to modify only the Euler A enum value to maintain compatibility with existing usage by value: all other samplers retain their current numerical values, and a value of 0 will still work correctly for both SD1.5 and SDXL.
The first commit is unrelated, but I didn't think it was worth a separate PR.
