One that runs automatically on changes that ensures all "\n\n" paragraph separators are hard (like Markdown). Another (called `harden-region`) is for running deliberately on code or poetry. Otherwise all newlines in pasted text are soft and will all get jumbled together by fill-flowed-encode.
Especially since paragraphs are autohardened with `harden-between-paras`.
To soften paragraphs up after overusing harden-region. Should not be necessary otherwise.
